"Do not use State Farm as they delay the claim process and do not investigate if fraud is occurring on your account. One year later for a claim of wind/hail damage and still no check received. Unable to log into account to review and phone number given does not go to a live person to clarify or unlock your account. Complaints logged into AZ Insurance Commission with false information given by Heidi Fowler agent's office of State Farm as not meeting deductible though one estimate alone does meet the deductible. Only reason to stay is having the policy since purchasing the home, though many attempts to send to underwriting and cancelling of policy to remove account and not claim responsibility or paying claim, but will go up on premiums when summited to underwriting with demands for removal of bushes and trees on property, which are grandfathered into policy, to attempt to cancel policy. Future people looking for insurance coverage beware of this agency!
Jay and Sydney of Heidi Fowler’s agency seem to be the only people at State Farm whom seems to care about their customer satisfaction. Good marks to them and continue to help others if in need of trouble shooting through this insurance nightmare!"

"Out of all the insurance companies I’ve worked with, I’ve never had an experience quite like the one I had with Jay and his team.
